A BILL to amend and reenact section seven, article ten-f, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuation of the state structural barriers compliance board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section seven, article ten-f, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 10F. DISABLED PERSONS AND PUBLIC USE BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES.

§18-10F-7. Continuation of board.

Pursuant to the provisions of section four, article ten, chapter four of this code, and following a preliminary performance audit review conducted through the joint committee on government operations, the state structural barriers compliance board shall continue to exist until the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine.


NOTE: This bill provides for the continuation of the State Structural Barriers Compliance Board until July 1, 1999, the maximum period of time allowed under the Sunset Law.
